This Privacy Policy explains how NO10 collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the NO10 mobile app and related services.
Who we are
NO10 is a social sports prediction app. You can contact us at support@no10.app.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as email address, user ID, username, display name, and authentication metadata.
- Profile information, such as selected country or nationality code.
- League information, such as leagues you create, join, administer, or participate in.
- Prediction information, such as GRIND score predictions and GLORY answers.
- Competition information, such as standings, points, results, and league membership history.
- Technical information, such as device type, app version, network requests, logs, and error diagnostics needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account.
- To let you join leagues and compete with other league members.
- To save, reveal, evaluate, and display predictions and standings.
- To prevent abuse, protect the service, and enforce our Terms.
- To troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Legal basis
Where applicable, we process your information to provide the service you request, to meet legitimate operational and security interests, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent when consent is required.
Service providers
NO10 uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend infrastructure. NO10 may use API-Football or similar sports data providers to fetch match, team, player, and event data. These providers process information only as needed to support app functionality.
What other users can see
League members may see your username, display name, league membership, standings, points, and predictions when they are visible according to the game rules. For example, GRIND predictions may be hidden before kickoff and revealed after the match locks.
Data retention
We keep account, league, prediction, and standings data for as long as needed to provide NO10, maintain league history, prevent abuse, and satisfy operational or legal needs. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal account information unless retention is required for security, legal, or integrity reasons.
Your choices and rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Children
NO10 is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use service providers that maintain security and data protection measures appropriate for their role.

We may update this Privacy Policy as NO10 changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
