- The league name and game mode, GRIND or GLORY.
- The event or competition, if relevant.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots, if they make the issue easier to understand.
Common topics
Prediction did not save
Check that the match has not locked. GRIND predictions are locked after kickoff.
Result looks wrong
Sports data may occasionally sync late. Send us the match and league details.
