Account deletion
Delete your NO10 account
You can delete your NO10 account directly inside the app. This removes your player profile and personal gameplay data from NO10.
Delete in the app
Open NO10, go to the home menu, choose Account, then choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before deletion is completed.
How to delete your account
- Open the NO10 app and sign in.
- Open the home menu.
- Choose Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type the confirmation text shown in the app and confirm deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your authentication account, email address, username, name, selected country or nationality code, and profile details.
- Your league memberships.
- Your Kickoff predictions, Trophy answers, standings, and points.
- Personal identifiers directly linked to your NO10 player profile where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained or anonymized
Leagues you created are not deleted automatically. They may remain available to other members without an admin. Some audit, security, diagnostic, aggregated, or support records may be retained in limited form where needed to preserve service integrity, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, debug service issues, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain system integrity.
Timing
In-app account deletion is processed immediately in normal circumstances. If the app shows an error, contact support@no10.app from the email address connected to your NO10 account and include your username if you know it.
After deletion
You may lose access to leagues, predictions, answers, standings, and account history. Deleted or anonymized information may not be recoverable.
