Delete your NO10 account
You can request deletion of your NO10 account and personal information. We will verify the request before deleting account data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@no10.app from the email address connected to your NO10 account.
- Use the subject line: “Delete my NO10 account”.
- Include your NO10 username, if you know it.
- We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account.
What will be deleted
- Your authentication account, email address, username, display name, and profile details.
- Your active league memberships, where deletion does not break league integrity.
- Personal identifiers linked to your predictions and answers.
What may be retained or anonymized
Some league, prediction, answer, standing, audit, or security records may be retained in anonymized or limited form where needed to preserve competition history, prevent fraud, debug service issues, comply with legal obligations, or maintain system integrity.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or technical reasons.
Store requirement note: before launch, NO10 should also add an in-app account
deletion entry point if users can create accounts in the app.
