About NO10

NO10 is a social sports prediction app for friendly competition. NO10 is not a betting, gambling, sportsbook, fantasy-money, or cash-prize product.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate account and profile information.
You may not impersonate others or use usernames that are abusive, misleading, or unlawful.

Leagues and predictions

Predictions, answers, points, and standings are determined by NO10 game rules and backend systems.
Results may depend on third-party sports data providers and administrative review.
We may correct obvious errors, duplicate data, failed syncs, or incorrectly evaluated results.
Private league creators and admins are responsible for inviting appropriate members.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Do not attempt to access accounts, leagues, admin tools, or data you are not allowed to access.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with NO10 systems.
Do not use NO10 for illegal gambling or commercial betting activity.

Sports data

NO10 may display sports data from third-party providers. We try to keep data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all fixtures, teams, players, results, or statistics are complete, current, or error-free.

Availability

We aim to keep NO10 reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable from time to time.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove accounts, leagues, content, or access if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect NO10 and its users.

NO10 is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
