These Terms govern your use of NO10. By using the app, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NO10.

About NO10

NO10 is a social football prediction app for private friend leagues, friendly competition, and bragging rights. NO10 is not a betting, gambling, sportsbook, fantasy-money, sweepstakes, lottery, prize, reward, deposit, withdrawal, odds, cash-out, or cash-prize product.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate account and profile information.
  • You may not impersonate others or use usernames or names that are abusive, misleading, unlawful, or infringe another person’s rights.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by NO10’s own security failure.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside the NO10 app. Account deletion removes your player profile, league memberships, Kickoff predictions, Trophy answers, standings, and authentication account. Leagues you created are not deleted automatically and may remain available to other members without an admin. If you need help, contact support@no10.app.

Leagues and admins

  • Private league creators and admins are responsible for inviting appropriate members and managing league membership fairly.
  • League admins may rename leagues, manage participants, and take available administrative actions provided by NO10.
  • League names and user-generated identifiers must not be abusive, unlawful, misleading, or infringe third-party rights.
  • We may remove, rename, restrict, or suspend leagues if needed to enforce these Terms or protect users.

Predictions, answers, scoring, and standings

  • Kickoff predictions, Trophy answers, points, ranks, standings, deadlines, lock states, and visibility are determined by NO10 game rules and backend systems.
  • Picks and answers may lock at kickoff, at a Trophy deadline, or at another deadline shown in the app.
  • Results may depend on third-party sports data providers, internal sync jobs, manual administrative review, or later corrections.
  • We may correct obvious errors, duplicate data, failed syncs, incorrect results, incorrectly evaluated answers, or scoring mistakes.
  • NO10 does not guarantee that every fixture, player, team, statistic, result, or standing is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Kickoff scoring

Kickoff is the match-by-match mode. Users predict scores before kickoff. Group-stage matches are scored on the final match result. Knockout matches are predicted after 90 minutes; if a user predicts a draw, they must also choose which team advances.

  • Exact score in a regular match: 3 points.
  • Correct outcome in a regular match: 1 point.
  • Knockout exact 90-minute score plus correct advancing team: 3 points.
  • Knockout correct advancing team without exact score: 2 points.
  • Knockout exact 90-minute score but wrong advancing team: 1 point.
  • All other Kickoff predictions: 0 points.

Trophy scoring

Trophy is the tournament-wide or event-wide mode. Users answer bigger competition questions before the Trophy deadline, such as winner, runner-up, top scorer, individual awards, and team-stat questions. Point values are shown in the app before answers are submitted and may vary by event based on difficulty and importance.

Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or target other users.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, leagues, admin tools, systems, or data you are not allowed to access.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, spam, automate abusive requests, or interfere with NO10 systems.
  • Do not use NO10 for illegal gambling, commercial betting, paid pools, money wagering, or prize-based competitions.
  • Do not upload, submit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringes another person’s rights.

Sports data

NO10 may display sports data from third-party providers. We try to keep data accurate, but sports data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected later, or temporarily unavailable. NO10 may update scores, fixtures, teams, players, and standings when better data becomes available.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep NO10 reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, restricted, or unavailable from time to time. We may add, remove, or change features, game modes, scoring rules, competitions, supported events, and point values.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove accounts, leagues, content, predictions, answers, or access if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect NO10, users, data, league integrity, or service security.

Disclaimers

NO10 is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NO10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, reputation, or opportunities arising from use of the service.
