Who we are

NO10 is a social football prediction app for private leagues and friendly competition. You can contact us at support@no10.app.

Information we collect

Account information, including email address, user ID, username, name, authentication provider, and authentication metadata.
Profile information, including selected country, nationality code, selected competition, and account preferences.
League information, including leagues you create, administer, join, invite users to, or participate in.
Prediction and answer information, including Kickoff score picks, Trophy answers, timestamps, lock state, evaluation state, and awarded points.
Competition information, including standings, ranks, results, fixtures, teams, players, events, and league membership history.
Technical and diagnostic information, including device type, app version, network requests, error logs, security events, and service diagnostics needed to operate and protect NO10.
Advertising information when programmatic ads are enabled, which may include IP address, general location inferred from IP address, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, app and ad interactions, ads viewed, consent choices, and diagnostic or performance information.
Purchase and subscription information, including product, subscription status, purchase and renewal dates, entitlement status, and transaction references provided by Apple, Google, or our subscription service provider. NO10 does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Support information, including emails, screenshots, descriptions of issues, and any account or league details you include when contacting us.

How we use information

To create, authenticate, secure, and manage your account.
To let you create, join, administer, and participate in leagues.
To save, lock, reveal, evaluate, and display predictions, Trophy answers, results, points, and standings.
To prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, protect NO10, enforce our Terms, and preserve league integrity.
To troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and maintain service quality.
To display and measure programmatic advertising for Free users, manage advertising consent, limit invalid traffic, and prevent advertising fraud.
To process, validate, restore, and manage NO10 Premium subscriptions and the features included with them.
To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal or regulatory requests.

Legal basis

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request, to perform our agreement with you, to meet legitimate operational and security interests, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent when consent is required.

Service providers

NO10 uses service providers to operate the app and website. This includes Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend infrastructure; hosting or CDN providers for the website; Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform services for programmatic advertising and consent management; RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement management; email or support tools when you contact us; and sports data providers such as API-Football or similar services for fixtures, teams, players, events, and results. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies as well as the agreements that apply to their role in providing NO10.

Advertising and consent

The Free version of NO10 may display programmatic ads provided by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or receive information such as your IP address, general location inferred from IP address, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, app and ad interactions, advertising data, and diagnostic or performance information. Google may use this information to provide and measure ads, perform analytics, limit invalid traffic, and prevent fraud.

Where required, NO10 uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Declining optional advertising consent does not prevent you from using NO10's core gameplay features. NO10 Premium suppresses programmatic ads while an eligible Premium subscription is active.

You can review or change available advertising privacy choices in the app under Profile → Ad privacy → Manage choices. You may also manage platform-level advertising identifiers and tracking permissions in your iOS or Android device settings. Premium purchases and subscriptions

NO10 Premium purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in NO10 through RevenueCat. These services provide NO10 with subscription and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium features, restore purchases, and maintain access across supported devices. Payment details are handled by the applicable app store and are not provided to NO10 as complete payment-card information. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

What other users can see

League members may see your username, name, league membership, standings, ranks, points, and picks or answers when they are visible according to game rules. Kickoff picks may be hidden before kickoff and revealed after the match locks. Trophy answers may be hidden until the Trophy deadline passes or until results are evaluated. League admins may also see information needed to manage league membership and resolve league issues.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account, league, prediction, answer, result, standing, audit, and security data for as long as needed to operate NO10, preserve competition history, prevent abuse, debug service issues, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain system integrity. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal account information unless limited retention is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or integrity reasons.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
You may request account deletion using the instructions on our Delete Account page.
You may contact us with privacy questions at support@no10.app.
You may review or withdraw available advertising consent choices in the app under Profile → Ad privacy → Manage choices.
You may reset or limit your device advertising identifier and manage app tracking permissions through your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, or request data portability.

Children

NO10 is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use service providers that maintain security and data protection measures appropriate for their role.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect NO10 and user data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should keep login credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as NO10 changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

NO10 is a social prediction game. It does not offer betting, gambling, odds, deposits, withdrawals, cash-out mechanics, or cash prizes.
